Welcome to The Curated Letter Club. By subscribing, submitting content, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The Curated Letter Club is a monthly mail subscription that delivers a physical letter and a print of original artwork to subscribers.

Letters and artwork may be created by subscribers and selected for inclusion in that month’s mailing.

By using this website or subscribing to the club, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

By submitting a letter or artwork, you confirm that:

  • The work is your original creation

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless canceled.

Subscribers receive:

  • One physical letter with printed artwork

Letters are typically mailed between the 1st and 5th of each month.

If you subscribe:

  • Before the 14th of the month, you will receive that month’s mailing.

  • On or after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

Shipping times may vary depending on postal service performance and location.

4. Submission of Letters and Artwork

Subscribers may optionally submit:

  • A letter to the world

  • Original artwork

Each month, one letter and one artwork submission may be selected for distribution to the entire club.

Selection is made at the sole discretion of The Curated Letter Club.

Submission does not guarantee selection.

5. Content Guidelines

Submissions must be respectful and appropriate for a general audience.

The Curated Letter Club reserves the right to reject content that includes:

  • Political campaigning

  • Advertising or self-promotion

  • Hate speech or harassment

  • Explicit or graphic content

  • Religious proselytizing

  • Content that promotes harm or illegal activity

We may edit submissions for clarity, length, or formatting.

6. Permission to Publish

By submitting a letter or artwork, you grant The Curated Letter Club permission to:

  • Print your submission

  • Distribute it to subscribers

  • Display it on our website or social media

Submissions may be credited to your name or social media handle unless you request to remain anonymous.

7. Contributor Rewards

If your letter or artwork is selected for a monthly mailing, you will receive a complimentary one-year subscription to The Curated Letter Club, credited to your account.

This reward is non-transferable and has no cash value.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary by location.

The Curated Letter Club is not responsible for:

  • Postal delays

  • Lost mail

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the subscriber

If mail service to your country becomes restricted or suspended, we may pause or adjust delivery.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing, but refunds are generally not issued for mailings already processed or sent.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of printed and mailed items, refunds are typically not provided after a letter has been shipped.

If you experience a problem with your subscription, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and website content associated with The Curated Letter Club remain the intellectual property of the company.

Subscriber submissions remain the property of their creators.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally.

The most current version will always appear on our website.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
